animalnitrate asked: so tumblr wouldn't let me add any more characters to my answer but to finish my thoughts, i feel like feist is an odd choice for a headliner. all that being said though, i feel like you should still go. the whole festival will probably be such a fun experience for you and im sure they will add more great acts!

Feist is pretty big, and has an especially powerful draw I think amongst ~20 year old girls and the slightly older NPR Music crowd, so I think she makes sense as a headliner, but I’m just not that interested in her. I also thought that her record from last year was boring. I’d rather see a Broken Social Scene set with her in it.
